A Cup Of " Me Time"

        Everyone is usually on the go with the speed of traffic. Busy away with life.  As if "Time" itself is racing against us. The 24 hour spam of getting everyone to their destination is hard work. I hope that time frame, you can put aside some time for yourself. Time to relax, reflect the day, events of life that surrounds you. I'm still learning to do that. Some days are harder then others, but I learned to take in a big breathe of life itself, and give me some
 "Me time"...
